“ Tommy's is a safe place for completely inoffensive food. Don't come here expecting Michelin star, but don't come here expecting Applebees. Came here last night and was pleased with my food overall. Drinks were flowing too, always a plus. Got a medium pizza (I forgot the name sue me) with vodka sauce, grilled chicken and some other stuff. Pretty good overall. Enough to feed a hungry man like myself, good size. Anyways, we also got some sweet potato fries for the table. And now, I do not like sweet potatos. I am a certified hater. But they were aight. Came with this sweet cinnamon sauce that took me so off guard the first time I tried it that shit was like a jumpscare. Service was good. Place gets a liiiittleeee loud since its a bar mainly, but its not terrible. You can still hear a convo (barely). I enjoyed my time at this spot. ”
“ Tommy's Tavern is still a be a great bar restaurant. The food is always hot fresh and delicious, the staff treats you kindly with very good service. I will continue to be a customer for a long time. ”
“ Great service from new staff, eager to please. I enjoyed the shrimp poke bowl. Very tasty and loaded with shrimp. The place was quite busy but we did not feel rushed at all. I was surprised how large it is! I wish them success, and I will return! So many things to try on the menu! (but I do miss Williams and Sonoma) ”
“ Ever since I've dined at Tommy's in Edgewater, I've been a fan. It's now my favorite casual sports bar. So I was more than excited to try out the location in Freehold. We came as a walk-in around 6pm and were seated immediately. The bar and restaurant areas are spacious with plenty of seating for small and large parties. And there are a million tvs with all of the sports channels your heart could ask for. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, checking in on us and making sure we were having a good time. I ordered... *Wings (10 pieces) $16 - These were FINGER LICKIN' GOOD. GYAAAT DAMN. I had to stop halfway to make sure I would have room for my entree. The wings were meaty and tender with the right amount of seasoning. The skin was crispy and crunchy. We didn't even need any sauce because there was so much flavor. *Tavern Dip Sandwich with sweet potato fries $22 - You must try this is if you love prime rib! The sandwich included sliced prime rib, coal fire roasted onions, mozzarella, and horseradish cream on garlic ciabatta bread with a side of French onion soup dip. A simple sandwich, but so filling and delicious. *Margarita $12 - A classic cocktail. The drink was strong enough and perfectly balanced. No complaints! Tommy's - Freehold... thumbs up to y'all! ”

It's a Met night we won't forget and at Tommy's!! ”
“ The food was so good and I like the desserts they served at the buffet. The waitress was very nice and one of them called me sweetie! and the atmosphere was an actual outdoor's type of place. But thankfully I don't mind. ”
“ Decided to pop in at Tommy's Tavern was going to get some wings and clams but they have a brunch menu for the weekend so why not indulge and try something. I went with the breakfast burger and it was delicious with the tavern potatoes. The Electric Coconut Margarita was delicious as well. Like always I left Tommy's Tavern satisfied. ”
“ The food at Tommy's is always fresh and very tasty. The beer battered shrimp taco were 3 tacos per serving. There were 3 large shrimps per taco with all the toppings. You can have chips or fries. I had the chips and they were thin and crispy with a bit of salt and pepper. My friend had penne in vodka sauce with grilled chicken. Both plates were enough for another meal and we both took home leftovers. The server was very polite and she made sure that our orders were exactly the way we wanted them. During our meal, the manager came over to make sure everything was ok. The restaurant had a beautiful large bar and outside dining. The restaurant was very clean ”
“ Been to this location a few times. It always has a crowd and for good reason. We went for lunch today and really enjoyed ourselves. Food was delicious, our waiter was very kind and attentive. Our drinks that were made were perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We felt we paid a very reasonable price for everything we got. We love the atmosphere inside. It's HUGE. If you want somewhere with reliable, good food- Tommy's is the way to go! ”
“ Back again.... This place only gets better. The seasonal menu has some amazing eats for all the foodies. Remember this is a sports bar and during football season the line is out the door. But the service is great and the ambience is inviting. This time around we got the short rib sandwich with the sweet potato fries. You get a marshmallow and brown sugar dip with this combo. A great surprise that made the meal very inviting. The Yvette's Pizza was a veggie delight. The eggplant tasted awesome. And I hate eggplant - so it must be good!! ”
